Experience delectable Chinese hot pot at this new restaurant in Bali

Another exciting dining experience has arrived at The Apurva Kempinski Bali. This time, the resort announces the opening of Bai Yun, a delightful Chinese hot pot experience.

“Bai Yun” translates as “white cloud” in Chinese Mandarin, and it reflects the dining concept of this restaurant. The inspiration comes from the way hot pots produce heat, which in turn creates the steam that floats in the air, resembling white clouds.

From Mongolia, China and, nowadays, Southeast Asia, hot pot is a popular dining style that is just made for sharing. Many enjoy it as it brings people together.

Playing an essential role, The Apurva Kempinski Bali’s talented chefs have crafted a selection of soup bases. The choices include herbal chicken, pork collagen, and vegetarian. The restaurant also focuses on using fresh seasonal ingredients.

At Bai Yun Restaurant, you can indulge in a wide range of premium-quality meat, fresh seafood, vegetables, noodles, mushrooms, tofu, and meatballs. To further enhance the guest experience, you can select your preferred soup as the restaurant introduces an individual hot pot for its patrons.

“Hot pot is one of the most popular meals in China, and it has long been present in Indonesia’s culinary scene,” Chef Ho Weng Kit shared. “We cannot wait to show the world our take on this popular dining style.”
