Melco’s top-notch gastronomic series with 2022 Black Pearl Diamond Restaurants

If you’re searching for a foodie adventure to remember, keep an eye out for this exquisite culinary collaboration between Melco Resorts & Entertainment’s signature restaurants and the 2022 Black Pearl Diamond Restaurants. Enjoy a wide variety of cuisines at Melco’s gastronomic series which will feature 10 four-hands dinners, with the first four taking place this year!

This unforgettable culinary experience will start in June 2022 and run until 2023. The series features unique collaborations between Melco’s signature restaurants across City of Dreams, Studio City and Altira Macau and the 2022 Black Pearl Diamond Restaurants.

Melco Style Presents: 2022 The Black Pearl Diamond Restaurants Gastronomic Series

The first four dinners will take place in Melco’s signature Chinese restaurants this year, each one boasting its unique theme and menu.

First four-hands dinner at Jade Dragon

The dinner series is scheduled to begin with a powerful pairing of Black Pearl’s three-diamond restaurants: the renowned Jade Dragon at City of Dreams and Jin Sha at Four Seasons Hotel Hangzhou, West Lake.

On June 24-25, Executive Chef Kelvin Au Yeung of Jade Dragon and Executive Chef Wang Yong of Jin Sha will collaborate for the first time to create a culinary journey that won’t be forgotten.

Second four-hands dinner at Pearl Dragon

The second four-hands dinner, scheduled to take place on July 22-23, will feature a one-of-a kind culinary offering created by Executive Chef Otto Wong from Michelin one-star Pearl Dragon at Studio City and Executive Sous Chef Calvin Yu from Black Pearl one diamond Xizhou Hall at Park Hyatt Suzhou.

Third four-hands dinner at Yí

Coming up next will be Yí at City of Dreams’ iconic Morpheus hotel and Xu Jia Cai located in Chengdu, Sichuan—both of them being Black Pearl one diamond restaurants. Chef de Cuisine Angelo Wong from Yí will be working with Executive Chef Lai Xiaohui from Chengdu to create an amazing culinary experience in September.

Fourth four-hands dinner at Ying

In November 2022, the fourth collaboration dinner will take place, with Michelin one-star Ying from Altira Macau and Black Pearl one-diamond Zi Fei from Chendu, Sichuan.

Chef de Cusine Benny Wu of Ying and Executive Chef Yu Guofu of Zi Fei promise to deliver a gastronomic experience like no other.

The Macao Government Tourism Office is the sponsor of the culinary series, which promotes Macao as a UNESCO-designated Creative City of Gastronomy while also promoting its luxury hotels and restaurants.

Melco will later announce the details about the ten four-hand dinners and the lineups for the other six collaborations in 2023.
