Brasserie on 3 specials include Oven-roasted chicken set, Beef and mushroom truffle casserole, and Roasted Norwegian salmon. China Blue by Jereme Leung specials include Wok-fried U.S. beef tenderloin, Roasted, honey-glazed Matsusaka pork neck ‘char siu’, Sautéed prawns in signature XO sauce, and Steamed house specialty truffle mushroom buns, among other scrumptious dishes.
