Duck & Waffle Hong Kong has an exclusive treat this Valentine’s Day

All you need is love… and Duck & Waffle Hong Kong’s Valentine’s Day set menu. Celebrate the most romantic holiday of the year with a specially curated menu and love potions that are sure to impress you. A vegetarian menu is also available. Menus and cocktails are available exclusively on Friday, February 14, 2020. 

Divided into four sections (snacks, starter, main, and dessert), Duck & Waffle Hong Kong’s Valentine’s Day set menu has something for every couple. Highlighted dishes include the juicy USDA Prime Beef Carpaccio served with tarragon mayo, shaved fresh truffles, parmesan shavings and chives, a succulent Loin of New Zealand Lamb with truffle crispy chips, and a meaty Grilled Seabass paired with sturgeon caviar, compressed cucumber, creamed artichokes and a sprinkle of sage.

Fall in love with a little help from Duck & Waffle Hong Kong

Tie the meal together with the indulgent Dark Chocolate Mousse dessert, paired with a creamy white sesame ganache, biscuit ice-cream and topped with crystallized dark chocolate. The set menu is available at 1,588HKD per couple.

Couples can enjoy their romantic meal with the additional cocktail pairing (220HKD per couple). Options include For Her, a mix of gin, Malbec reduction, blueberry cream and topped with white chocolate foam, and For Him, a concoction of bourbon, maple syrup, coffee bitters, and smoke.

Guests will also take home a complimentary photo that captures the love in the air on the most romantic day of the year.
